Member of the United States National Park Service's National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom
The McClew Farmstead and Interpretive Center (MFIC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of the nineteenth-century McClew family farm and to providing educational tours discussing the historical folklore surrounding the barn, which has a hidden subterranean room believed to have originally sheltered and protected runaway slaves traveling along the Underground Railroad to freedom in Canada.
